Siegfried Hoenle

Dr. Siegfried Hoenle

Founder & Managing Partner

Siegfried Hoenle is Founder and Managing Partner of Talent & Leadership Solutions. He started the company in 2010, following an international twenty-year career in various corporate roles. His expertise includes leadership, talent management, strategic HR as well as organizational culture and change. He partners with CEOs, CHROs and Talent Executives to design and implement effective strategies in these critical fields. He helps organizations find new ways to groom and retain top talent, develop their leadership bench, and transform at the speed of change. Siegfried also acts as a coach to senior executives and executive teams.

Siegfried is a visiting professor at IE Business School in Madrid and a senior adjunct faculty at the Executive School of Management, Technology and Law, University of St. Gallen. As an educator, he supports senior managers in dealing with today’s complex challenges and in growing personally as positive and authentic leaders. He is a multiple winner of IE’s prestigious “Teaching Excellence Award in Executive Education”.

During his corporate career, Siegfried held a range of senior HR leadership positions in global financial institutions. His last mandate included global responsibility for Recruitment, Development & Diversity at Credit Suisse. Earlier, he led the bank’s Corporate University—first for Asia Pacific from Singapore, and later worldwide from Zurich. Before that, he shaped group-wide Leadership Development and Talent Management. Siegfried began his career at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich, before transitioning into global HR at the UBS Investment Bank in London.

Siegfried holds a PhD and a Master in Organizational Psychology from the University of Zurich.

Jenny-Joy Kreindl

Jenny-Joy Kreindl

Co-Owner & Managing Partner

Jenny-Joy Kreindl has been Co-Owner and Managing Partner of Talent & Leadership Solutions since 2020. Before that, she spent five years at UBS AG, where she built the Sales and Leadership Training department within Wealth Management Switzerland, led a team specializing in global, cross-divisional consulting and sales training, and designed customized leadership and sales programs.

Her more than 16 years of experience include consulting and sales, communication and negotiation, change management, and leadership development. She advises companies on how to foster a human-centered culture, designs and implements leadership, sales, and communication training, develops consulting and sales strategies, and offers individual coaching in leadership, personal development, and sales. Her sales initiatives focus particularly on strengthening her clients’ communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

She is the host of the renowned “The Make-it-C.L.I.C.K. Podcast” and co-developed, together with her colleagues, the Make-it-C.L.I.C.K. Model® (a TLS trademark). Based on behavioral psychology, it helps achieve desired outcomes in any kind of sales or leadership interaction.

Jenny has lived in the United States, Italy, Israel, Austria, and Germany. She studied Political Science and Philosophy at the University of Vienna, Hebrew at Tel Aviv University, earned her German state diploma in Acting, and worked as a professional actress in Europe and Israel, with additional training in nonverbal communication. In addition, Jenny holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Ashridge/Hult. She speaks fluent German, English, and Italian.

Thomas Häfliger

Thomas Häfliger has been an Associate Partner at Talent & Leadership Solutions since 2026.

He knows the financial industry and sales from over 25 years of hands-on experience—as a client advisor, salesperson, manager, sales director, trainer, and lecturer. This combination of operational experience, leadership practice, and training expertise makes him a practical sparring partner for banks, insurance companies, and financial service providers in the areas of sales excellence, client advisory, leadership, and negotiation.

His professional career has led him through various roles at UBS and Neue Aargauer Bank—ranging from branch management to high-level leadership and sales positions. Most recently, as Market Head of Personal Banking at UBS, he was responsible for several locations and teams. As a result, he knows sales and leadership not just from concepts and training rooms, but from daily banking operations—including targets, customer demands, regulatory requirements, and the challenge of successfully putting changes into practice.

For many years, Thomas has been guiding employees in their professional and personal development. As early as 2012, he supported employees with SAQ certification, developed a dedicated SAQ-aligned certification for the retail sector of Neue Aargauer Bank, and is an accredited SAQ assessor for all six profiles. His core focus as a trainer lies in sales and advisory services, price and objection handling, negotiation, pensions/financial planning, customer experience, and sales leadership. In doing so, he combines well-founded models and methods with a strict focus on practical application. Alongside his mandates as a trainer and coach, he lectures at various institutes on topics such as leadership, marketing, and general management.

Thomas holds a broad background in business administration and has deepened his knowledge with degrees as a federally certified Sales Director (eidg. dipl. Verkaufsleiter) and a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in Private Banking and Wealth Management from the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSLU).

Marc Rietmann

Marc Rietmann has been an Associate Partner at Talent & Leadership Solutions since 2026. Having worked as a researcher, entrepreneur, founder, sales professional, executive, university lecturer, and consultant, he deeply understands our clients' needs and challenges from multiple perspectives. This exceptional combination makes him a valued sparring partner for executives and companies in the areas of sales excellence, leadership, and transformation.

Marc has worked in international corporations such as ABB and Holcim, conducted research for four years at the Institute of Management & Strategy at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), founded his own companies, and as an entrepreneur, coach, consultant, and trainer, has supported SMEs, family businesses, startups, and scale-ups. This diversity enables him to quickly adapt to different corporate cultures and challenges—from established organizations to dynamic, high-growth companies. For more than 20 years, Marc has helped companies across various industries achieve sustainable improvements in sales, leadership, and collaboration. As a sales coach and university lecturer, he combines scientifically proven concepts with pragmatic solutions that deliver results. His focus lies on sales excellence, leadership, negotiation, communication, and the development of high-performing teams. In doing so, he guides both executives and sales organizations through change processes and helps companies systematically turn potential into results.

Marc has many years of operational sales experience—ranging from acquisition at the executive board level to international business development and cold calling for new customer acquisition. His academic foundation consists of a degree in business administration (lic. oec. HSG) and a teaching degree for upper secondary education from the University of St. Gallen (dipl. Wirtschaftspädagoge HSG).

Marc is multilingual and works in German, French, English, and Dutch.

Nic Aklin

Nic Aklin has been an Associate Partner at Talent & Leadership Solutions since 2021 and has collaborated with Jenny-Joy Kreindl for more than 18 years.

In addition to his focus on consulting and sales, Nic is recognized as one of the leading experts in client acquisition. He has developed structured guidelines for successful customer acquisition that have been adopted by numerous companies in the financial industry.

Over the past 22 years, Nic has worked with organizations across both the public and private sectors, including Allianz Suisse, Helvetia Baloise, Concordia, Generali, VISANA, OMEGA, ETA Manufacture Suisse, Swatch Group, Coop, Blaser Swisslube, Condair Group, Microsoft, Oracle, as well as the Public Transport Authority of Geneva, the City of Rheinfelden, and the Department of Construction of Basel-Landschaft.

Since 2016, he has been a trusted external consultant and trainer for UBS AG, specializing in acquisition, sales (including telephone sales and acquisition), negotiation, work efficiency, and influencing skills. Nic’s broad expertise as a trainer and workshop leader is enriched by his diverse background as a company founder and entrepreneur, negotiation expert, and professional actor in film, theater, and advertising. He is also an internationally sought-after TV sales expert in France, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, and China, where he has generated daily revenues of up to five million euros.

Bilingual in French and German, Nic grew up in a multilingual environment and works with clients worldwide—from Switzerland to India, China, and the United States.

Stefan Krummaker

Stefan Krummaker is an Associate Partner at Talent & Leadership Solutions AG.

He is professor of leadership practice and a senior academic leader with internationally recognised expertise in leading positive change.

Over the past 35 years, Stefan held various senior leadership roles in higher education and the corporate sector. Recently, he was Deputy Vice-Principal at a prestigious London-based university with responsibility for the education of 33,000 students. Stefan has always been passionate about bridging the gap between academia and practice, as some call it. He has collaborated with over 200 companies globally over the past few decades, helping them develop more inspiring, passionate, purposeful, energising, and effective leadership to achieve their key objectives and deliver positive change.

Stefan's work includes extensive executive training, coaching, and consultancy at C-level. He is frequently invited as keynote speaker and panelist at companies and conferences. Throughout his academic career, he has taught leadership to thousands of students in Bachelor, Master, and E/MBA programs worldwide. Before joining academia, Stefan spent about 11 years in the travel industry, which provided him with ample opportunities to travel the globe. This passion has never faded and has shaped his international focus as a leader.

Evelina Ascalon

Evelina Ascalon is an Associate Partner at Talent & Leadership Solutions AG.

She has built a diverse international career across academia, corporate talent management, and organizational consulting. With over 20 years of experience, she brings deep expertise in leadership development, executive and team coaching, assessment-based development, and strategic talent management. Evelina partners with senior leaders and HR executives to design and implement high-impact programs that strengthen leadership capability, foster inclusive cultures, and drive lasting change.

She holds a Ph.D. and Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) as well as a Team Coach. Drawing on her strong foundation in psychometrics and learning science, Evelina designs rigorous, personalized development experiences that are both data-driven and shaped by empathy and insight.

Her work spans industries such as finance, pharmaceuticals, and engineering, and includes individual and group assessments for development and selection, 360° feedback, and the facilitation of senior leadership programs. She began her career in academia, conducting postdoctoral research and teaching at Erasmus University Rotterdam, and went on to hold talent management and leadership development roles at Credit Suisse and boutique consultancies. Alongside her consulting work, Evelina also brings hands-on management experience from leading teams and business operations.

Nicole Fonberg

Nicole Fonberg

Nicole Fonberg is an Associate Partner at Talent & Leadership Solutions and leads, among other things, communication, leadership, and agility trainings. She is a trained psychologist — graduating from the University of Zurich in Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology — as well as an adult educator, coach, and supervisor. In recent years, she has increasingly worked as a lead assessor and senior consultant in the areas of leadership development, communication, and change management.

In her successful career spanning more than 25 years as a trainer and coach, Nicole Fonberg combines her expertise as a psychologist and arts therapist to make interactions in various leadership situations and challenging conversations (de-escalation dialogues, high-stakes interventions, etc.) more human-centered while also increasing efficiency. Her additional qualifications in the field of digital learning ensure that learning content can be made accessible on multiple levels, anywhere and at any time, and that presentations for clients are designed intuitively.

Dr. Kerstin Wörnle

Dr. med. Kerstin Woernle

Dr. Kerstin Woernle is an Associate Partner at Talent & Leadership Solutions, joining after more than 20 years of national and international experience as a physician in the fields of surgery and neurosurgery (in public and private hospitals), as well as a medical consultant at the REGA (Swiss Air Ambulance) and communication coach for high-stake interventions.

With her extensive practical expertise and diverse skill set, she is an expert in all interpersonal communication matters - main focus the healthcare sector. Kerstin is the ideal partner when it comes to consulting hospitals, medical practices, and healthcare professionals on the development and implementation of hands-on, structured, and pragmatic training programs focused on human-centric doctor–patient communication, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, and culture change programs.

Kerstin holds a medical degree from the University of Berlin Charité and speaks English and German fluently.

Juerg Herren

Juerg Herren

Associate Partner

Juerg Herren is an Associate Partner at Talent & Leadership Solutions, joining after an impressive 48-year career with UBS AG in Switzerland and abroad.

Over the course of his career, he served as a client advisor across different segments and built organizational units in product and market management, pricing, sales management, and sales coaching. After moving into Human Resources and the UBS University, Juerg established and led teams in Advisory & Sales, Leadership, and Agile Development.

Since 2012, he has spearheaded the development of UBS’s internal advisor training into an industry-wide and state-recognized client advisor banking certification under ISO Standard 17024 (Personal Certification). Under his leadership, around 10,000 individuals worldwide at UBS were certified and re-certified on a regular basis.

Today, Juerg supports individuals, leadership teams, and non-profit organizations through consulting, performance coaching, mentoring, and project management. He also advises examination bodies in exam management, serves as an examiner, and contributes to the design of exam cases and new programs.

In addition, he is a member of the Certification Program Committee of the Swiss Association for Quality (SAQ) and is registered as a Senior Practitioner at the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council).

Gabriella Kux-Wagner

Gabriella Kux-Wagner is an Associate Partner at Talent & Leadership Solutions, joining after more than 35 years of national and international experience in the financial industry.

With extensive practical expertise in advisory skills, sales management, and sales coaching, she is also a recognized specialist in designing and delivering digital learning programs, holding an additional qualification in Digital Learning from the University of Stuttgart.

Gabriella is the ideal partner when it comes to developing and implementing structured, pragmatic training approaches across multiple channels. She has co-developed training programs in sales for Switzerland’s national banking certification and has served as an exam expert in four languages. Bilingual in Italian and German, she also speaks French and English fluently.

Today, Gabriella works with a wide range of financial institutions and industrial companies as a coach, program designer, and trainer for sales education.

Sandro Dorigo

Associate Partner

Sandro Dorigo is an Associate Partner at Talent & Leadership Solutions and a recognized expert in sales strategy. As one of the founding members of Leonteq Securities Ltd.—listed on the Swiss Stock Exchange since 2012 and employing more than 500 people worldwide—he brings deep, first-hand expertise from over 20 years in the international financial industry.

His career path as a sales expert has taken him from Julius Baer to Lehman Brothers, to founding Leonteq, and into his current role as a senior consultant in sales and advisory strategy. He is also a sought-after keynote speaker. Sandro advises clients on implementing new processes, innovative advisory approaches, and sales concepts, while also mentoring young founders to help them avoid common pitfalls on their path to successful entrepreneurship. He serves on the boards of several companies.

Sandro is an internationally certified Investment Analyst (CIIA) and holds a federal diploma as a Financial and Investment Expert from the Swiss Financial Analysts Association (AZEK).

 

Anja Morell

Anja Morell

Associate Partner

Anja Morell is an Associate Partner at Talent & Leadership Solutions. She combines deep expertise in communication and team development and draws on a long-standing creative background in acting, music and directing. Her work builds on 25 years of stage and creative practice, translating its essence into the development of people and organisations. She creates spaces that enable reflection, learning and authentic connection – with presence, voice and expression as the core of effective communication.

She supports organizations in strengthening communication and collaboration and designs programmes that connect creative methods with modern leadership and learning concepts. She contributes to talent and leadership development initiatives, facilitates assessment and development centres, and supports leaders and teams in enhancing their communication-, vocal-, and presentation skills. She has extensive experience in delivering trainings and coachings both in person and online.

For more than 20 years, she has been active in business theatre – working closely with Theater-Interaktiv and other partners. As a trainer, project lead, client consultant, moderator and experienced role-play facilitator, she has designed and delivered numerous interactive trainings and large-group formats across different industries.

Anja works as a certified Life Trust Coach and offers additional personal coaching during team development processes. She holds a degree in Theatre Studies, German and Philosophy, has lived in various countries and speaks English, French and Spanish fluently – experiences that enrich her intercultural perspective and communicative range.
